Superfood Spotlight:
Ceremonial Matcha from Kagoshima
CEREMONIAL MATCHA is stone-milled from first-harvest tencha leaves grown under traditional shade canopies in Japan’s Kagoshima prefecture. This slow-grown method boosts chlorophyll and L-theanine, delivering calm alertness with no crash. Unlike culinary grades, ceremonial matcha is velvety, umami-rich, and maximally bioavailable due to its whole-leaf form. Naturally high in antioxidants and amino acids. EU-compliant and tested for purity.

Other premium organic ingredients powering MATCHA SAL:
You might be wondering
Can MATCHA SAL be used for both sweet and savory dishes?
Yes. The blend is designed for versatility. It pairs with desserts like shortbread or dark chocolate and balances umami-rich dishes such as seared fish, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables.
Is MATCHA SAL safe for people with nut allergies?
It contains finely ground almond powder. This blend is not suitable for individuals with nut allergies.
Does MATCHA SAL contain caffeine?
Yes. Due to the inclusion of CEREMONIAL MATCHA, it contains a small, natural amount of caffeine. The effect is smoother and more sustained than coffee due to its high L-theanine content.
Should MATCHA SAL be used during or after cooking?
It is best used as a finishing salt. Applying it post-cooking preserves the green color, aromatic oils, and delicate citrus and umami notes from yuzu and matcha.
