All prices include Belgian VAT (if applicable) and are displayed in EUR (€), unless stated otherwise. Our pricing reflects the premium nature of our ingredients, sourcing, and production methods.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Your order is only considered accepted when we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per household, per order, or per customer

Fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be investigated and may be declined.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is available within Belgium, the EU, and select international destinations. Once an order is shipped, risk passes to the customer. We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen events

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by carriers but claimed as undelivered

International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and handling fees required by their country’s customs authority.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of spices, herbs, and food items, all food products are final sale and cannot be returned.

We accept returns for non-food items only under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours at info@labotaniquesacree.com with your order number and photos. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our discretion.
