Refund policy
At La Botanique Sacrée, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of food items—particularly fresh spices, herbs, and superfood blends—we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products, even if unopened. This policy ensures the safety, purity, and uncompromised quality that defines our brand.
FOOD ITEMS – FINAL SALE
All consumable items, including spice blends, herbs, powders, and any ingestible goods, are final sale and non-returnable. We are unable to restock or resell any item once it leaves our warehouse due to food safety standards. This applies to both opened and sealed food packages.
NON-FOOD ITEMS
We do accept returns and exchanges for non-food items (e.g., merchandise, utensils, accessories) under the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

We reserve the right to inspect and approve all returns before processing a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item:

Include your order number and detailed photos of the product and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a refund. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges unless the item was incorrect or defective.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Misuse of product or failure to follow product instructions

Delays caused by postal carriers once the order has shipped

Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier but claimed as undelivered
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international shipments, we are not responsible for delays, customs fees, import taxes, or orders returned due to non-payment of duties. We do not reship international orders returned due to incorrect address, rejection, or unpaid import fees.
