Shipping & Delivery Policy

At La Botanique Sacrée, we take pride in delivering premium, small-batch spice blends and superfood-enhanced culinary goods with care, speed, and accountability. Please read the information below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high-volume periods (e.g., new releases, promotions), processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional days. We’ll notify you via email if delays occur.


2. Domestic Shipping (Belgium)

We ship from Dendermonde, Belgium using reliable national carriers such as bpost and PostNL.

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

  • Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate


3. EU Shipping

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

  • Standard EU Shipping: 3–8 business days depending on destination

  • Customs delays, postal strikes, or local network issues are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible


4. International Shipping

We offer shipping to select destinations outside the EU, including:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days on average

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination

  • Customs/Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or clearance fees

  • Note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections or local import regulations


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal carriers or customs

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or is lost in transit:

We will investigate and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


8. Perishable Item Disclaimer

All of our food products—especially spices, herbs, and blends—are considered perishable.

We package carefully to guard against moisture and contamination, but La Botanique Sacrée is not liable for quality degradation due to:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Unattended packages (especially in heat or cold)


9. Shipping During Holidays

We encourage early ordering during the November–January holiday season.
Delivery times may be extended due to increased carrier volume, and we cannot guarantee standard timelines.
