Our Almond Milk Matcha Latte begins with accessible culinary powder: smooth, nutty, and full-flavored. But the true premium moment arrives with a sprinkle of Matcha Sal , carrying ceremonial-grade depth, herbal-sweet vanilla, and sparkling crunch. 

A drizzle of Florale No 1 honey softens the sip, while crushed pistachio adds texture and visual elegance. 

Vegan, low-carb, and layered in taste:the latte that feels as mindful as a morning ritual should.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp culinary-grade matcha powder: rich in flavor, cost-effective for daily use

  • Optional premium upgrade : ceremonial-grade matcha for a smoother, sweeter sip

  • 2 Tbsp warm water (~80 °C)

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (barista-style for best froth)

  • ⅛ tsp MATCHA SAL (ceremonial matcha + vanilla + strawberry crunch + sea salt)

  • 1 Tbsp crushed pistachios

  • Optional: 1 tsp Florale No 1 honey (adds delicate floral sweetness)

Directions

Whisk matcha

Sift culinary-grade matcha into a bowl. Add warm water and whisk in a brisk 'W' motion until frothy. (Ceremonial upgrade works similarly and the Matcha Sal adds ceremonial matcha depth anyway.)

Froth almond milk

Heat almond milk to 60–65 °C. Froth with a handheld frother or whisk until velvety.

Combine & sweeten

Pour frothed milk over matcha. Stir in honey if desired.

Garnish

Sprinkle Matcha Sal to add botanical shimmer, herbal bitterness, vanilla warmth, and strawberry-sweet crunch.


Top with crushed pistachio for texture and visual contrast.

Finish with Matcha Sal

Transfer nuts to a serving bowl. From height, sprinkle Matcha Sal evenly so the vibrant green powder, vanilla nuance, strawberry sweetness, and salt adhere to the honey glaze.

Serve
