How to use TURMERIC GINGER

  • Dose: start with ½ teaspoon per portion. Heat reads medium-hot to hot.
  • Fat matters: bloom the blend in a little ghee, butter, olive oil, or coconut milk for 15–30 seconds. Fat helps carry turmeric and rounds pepper heat.
  • Finish: add a light pinch at the table for fresh ginger lift.
  • Popcorn: melted butter or coconut oil first, then ½–1 teaspoon per large bowl.
  • Sautés and stir-fries: warm oil or ghee, bloom the blend, then add vegetables or protein.
  • Eggs: scramble in butter or ghee; fold a final sprinkle off heat.
  • Rice and grains: toss warm rice or farro with ghee or olive oil, then season.
  • Curries and soups: start by blooming in coconut milk or oil; adjust salt and add a finishing pinch.
  • Roast vegetables: coat with olive oil, season, roast; dust lightly after baking.
  • Chicken or tofu: rub with oil, season, pan roast or grill; finish with a small sprinkle.
