  • Quick pickle dip: 200 g Greek yogurt or mayo, 1 to 2 teaspoons blend, 1 teaspoon lemon juice; stir.

  • Sandwich sauce: 100 g mayo, 1 to 2 teaspoons blend, splash of pickle juice or vinegar.

  • Eggs: egg salad or deviled eggs, 1 teaspoon per 2 eggs; fold gently.
  • Seafood and white fish: finish at the pass for clean, briny lift.
