Ingredients
70 g organic popcorn kernels
1 ½ tsp Viking Fries finishing blend
Optional pinch of CHIPOTLE+ for extra mineral bite and balanced cacao heat.
Directions
Warm the pan
Heat a thick-bottomed saucepan on medium. Add oil and three kernels. Cover. When the test kernels pop the oil is ready.
Pop
Add remaining kernels, cover, shake every 20 seconds. Vent the lid slightly to release steam and keep the texture dry. Cooking stops when pops slow to one every three seconds.
Season
Transfer hot popcorn to a wide bowl. Dust Viking Fries while tossing so spice clings evenly. Taste, adjust with CHIPOTLE+ if deeper salinity or heat is desired.
Serve
