Sourcing only the best salts in Europe

SALT #1
Oriel Sea Salt, Kiln Dried (PDO)
The only sea salt in the world made in a sealed pressurised system, where crystals form beneath water, never in air.
This unique process keeps the salt non-oxidised, locking in a higher balance of ocean minerals like magnesium, calcium and potassium while carrying less sodium than standard sea salt. The result is a PDO-protected Irish mineral salt with a taste both powerful and refined.
SALT #2
Achill Island Sea Salt (PDO)
Hand-harvested on Ireland’s Atlantic edge, this is a PDO-protected sea salt recognised by the EU in 2023.
Drawn from the pure waters off County Mayo, its flakes are slowly crystallized and naturally dried, yielding a soft, snow-like texture unlike standard coarse sea salts. Each crystal melts cleanly on the palate, delivering a bright mineral clarity that reflects the wild ocean it comes from.
With no additives or processing, Achill Island Sea Salt brings a delicate crunch for finishing and a purity that has earned it multiple Great Taste awards and a place among Europe’s finest artisan salts.

Adding the best peppers in the world
RATIO 70:30
A chef’s cut ratio, engineered for depth and clarity: the mineral purity of salt, the aromatic fire of pepper, and a trace of coral for perfect flow.
You might be wondering
What makes this salt and pepper different?
It is built only from PDO and PGI certified origins: Oriel and Achill sea salts from Ireland, Tellicherry TGSEB from India, Kampot PGI from Cambodia, and Penja PGI from Cameroon. No fillers, no additives.
Can it be used for both cooking and finishing?
Yes. The fine Oriel base dissolves evenly in cooking, while Achill flakes give a subtle crystal sparkle when used at the table.
Why 70% salt and 30% pepper?
This chef’s cut ratio delivers mineral clarity with layered heat. More pepper than typical blends, designed for both cooking and finishing.
Where do the ingredients come from?
All salts and peppers are single origin and sourced directly from MFG. The salts are Irish PDO: Oriel Kiln-Dried Mineral Sea Salt and Achill Island Sea Salt. The peppers are Kampot Black Pepper (PGI) from Cambodia and Penja White Pepper (PGI) from Cameroon. Each carries protected status and is handled at source for authenticity and integrity.
What does the Sango coral powder do?
It is a food-grade calcium carbonate (E170), added at just 0.5%. It keeps the blend free-flowing in the jar while adding trace mineral nuance.
Does it contain any additives or anti-caking agents?
No chemical anti-caking agents are used. Only natural kiln drying and a trace of coral mineral ensure smooth flow.
