DULSE VITA contains a controlled amount of DULSE POWDER, a natural source of iodine. Iodine is essential for normal thyroid function and metabolic regulation. While sea vegetables can be high in iodine, our formulation uses a measured inclusion rate to remain within safe daily intake thresholds as set by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
Each typical serving of DULSE VITA (approx. 1 gram) delivers trace iodine levels well below the tolerable upper intake level of 600 µg per day for adults. It is suitable for regular culinary use without risk of excess, provided normal serving sizes are followed.
