Superfood Highlight:
Sea Buckthorn
Sea buckthorn, native to the Baltic and Nordic coasts, is prized for its intense concentration of vitamin C, carotenoids, and omega-7 fatty acids. Traditionally used for resilience in harsh climates, these bright orange berries support skin health, immune function, and natural antioxidant defense while carrying a tangy citrus-like brightness.
L'AVOCAT Formula, Decoded
How to use L'AVOCAT : Smashed Avocado
Avocado toast has become a daily ritual in our kitchen: simple, nourishing, endlessly versatile. To honor that, we engineered L’AVOCAT, a clean, functional composition crafted as the ultimate avocado topper.
Bright acids, rare superfruits, and savory botanicals come together in a premium blend that turns every slice into a health-rich, gourmet moment

Step 01
SELECTION
A quality avocado shows dark green to purplish skin with a pebbled texture and yields slightly to gentle pressure in the palm: never mushy, never rock hard.
Check under the small stem cap: bright green means ripe and ready, while brown signals overripeness. Choosing a mix of firm and softly yielding fruit ensures perfect avocados across the week.

STEP 02
SMASH + SPRINKLE
Mash ripe avocado with a fork until creamy but still textured, spread generously over warm toast, then finish with a sprinkle of L’AVOCAT for citrus brightness, savory depth, and a clean superfood lift.
Drizzle with a premium EVOO for enhanced flavors.

STEP 03
CREATE
Your creativity is the only limit: garnish avocado toast with soft eggs, crisp greens, peppery microgreens, or even fresh fruit for contrast. Each layer builds flavor and color, turning a simple slice into a canvas of endless possibility.
