  • Fleur de Sel, Guérande PGI. Hand-harvested crystals from the Guérande marshes, protected as a PGI for their artisanal origin. Clean, delicate salinity.

  • Celtic Sea Salt, sel gris tradition. Naturally grey, unrefined Guérande salt for deeper mineral body and everyday seasoning. 

  • Dill. Fresh, citrus-green aromatics tuned for seafood, potatoes, cucumbers, and creamy dips. 

  • Elderflower. Soft floral sweetness that reads as meadow honey. 

Uses: finish salmon, white fish, scallops, and gravlax; dust warm potatoes and spring vegetables; scatter over cucumber salads and buttermilk dressings; fold into cultured butter or fromage blanc; rim spritzes or sours for a floral-saline edge.
