Achill Island Sea Salt (PDO)
Hand-harvested on the Atlantic coast, Achill Island Sea Salt PDO carries natural salinity with a clean finish. The producer’s salt was awarded Great Taste 3-Star 2024, underscoring its global reputation.

Tellicherry Black Pepper (Malabar GI)
From Kerala’s Malabar Coast, Tellicherry black pepper is the extra-bold grade of the Malabar GI provenance. Large, mature berries deliver layered citrus, pine, and resin notes, an international benchmark in pepper quality.

Kampot Black Pepper (PGI)

Oriel Sea Salt, Kiln Dried (PDO)

The only sea salt in the world made in a sealed pressurised system, where crystals form beneath water, never in air.

This unique process keeps the salt non-oxidised, locking in a higher balance of ocean minerals like magnesium, calcium and potassium while carrying less sodium than standard sea salt. The result is a PDO-protected Irish mineral salt with a taste both powerful and refined.

Achill Island Sea Salt (PDO)

Hand-harvested on Ireland’s Atlantic edge, this is a PDO-protected sea salt recognised by the EU in 2023.

Drawn from the pure waters off County Mayo, its flakes are slowly crystallized and naturally dried, yielding a soft, snow-like texture unlike standard coarse sea salts. Each crystal melts cleanly on the palate, delivering a bright mineral clarity that reflects the wild ocean it comes from.

Tellicherry Black Pepper, graded TGSEB (Tellicherry Special Extra Bold), comes only from the largest late-harvest which is less than 10% of the crop.

Kampot Black (PGI)

Origin: Cambodia

Taste: Floral, fruity, balsamic with a gentle menthol lift


Kampot Pepper is one of the world’s most coveted peppers, protected under EU PGI status and harvested from the coastal provinces of southern Cambodia.

Complex yet elegant, Kampot is the pepper chosen by gourmet chefs and fine kitchens for its layered perfume and balanced heat. A true icon of terroir and tradition.

Penja White (PGI)

Origin: Cameroon, Penja Valley

Penja White Pepper is the first African spice to earn EU PGI status, grown in the volcanic soils of Cameroon’s Penja Valley. The berries are soaked and hand-peeled, revealing a white core with an unmistakable aromatic signature.

Where do the ingredients come from?

All salts and peppers are single origin and sourced directly from MFG. The salts are Irish PDO: Oriel Kiln-Dried Mineral Sea Salt and Achill Island Sea Salt. The peppers are Kampot Black Pepper (PGI) from Cambodia and Penja White Pepper (PGI) from Cameroon. Each carries protected status and is handled at source for authenticity and integrity.

What does the Sango coral powder do?

It is a food-grade calcium carbonate (E170), added at just 0.5%. It keeps the blend free-flowing in the jar while adding trace mineral nuance.

Does it contain any additives or anti-caking agents?

No chemical anti-caking agents are used. Only natural kiln drying and a trace of coral mineral ensure smooth flow.
