Basilceum Greque is a botanical finishing salt built on Icelandic flake sea salt and wild harvested Greek basil. The flakes are produced in the Westfjords using geothermal energy, giving a clean mineral crunch suited to plating. Greek basil (Ocimum basilicum)  offers a sweet, clove like and anise lift driven by linalool and eugenol.

Format: coarse flakes with fine cut basil for visible texture and even dispersion. Use as a finishing salt on tomatoes and mozzarella, pasta, grilled chicken or fish, roasted vegetables, eggs, and as an olive oil bread dipper; also suits focaccia and salads.  Add at plating to preserve herb aroma and flake integrity.
