Introduction

A smoothie bowl should taste like dessert, fuel like breakfast, and look good on the feed. This blueberry-coconut-turmeric bowl folds PSALM BAKE  (our turmeric-blueberry-hazelnut spice). 

FLORALE No 1 honey rounds the tang of coconut yogurt and locks in a velvety texture without refined sugar. 

Topped with berries and crunchy coconut, the bowl delivers antioxidants from blueberries and anti-inflammatory curcumin from turmeric in one five-minute build.

Smoothie bowls stay thick enough to eat with a spoon and pile on toppings.


Ingredients

  • Frozen base

    • 1 frozen banana, chopped

    • ½ cup frozen blueberries

    • ½ cup coconut milk (canned for creaminess) 

    • 2 Tbsp young coconut flesh or unsweetened shredded coconut

    • 1 Tbsp almond butter for richness 

    • 1 tsp PSALM BAKE spice blend

    • 1 Tbsp FLORALE No 1 honey

  • Optional boosters

    • ½ cup Greek-style coconut yogurt (adds protein and spoon-thick body)

  • Toppings (mix & match)

    • Fresh seasonal berries, dragon-fruit cubes, pomegranate arils, coconut flakes

    • Granola clusters for crunch (choose gluten-free oats if needed)

Directions

Blend the base

Add all frozen-base ingredients to a high-speed blender; blitz until thick and completely smooth, using the tamper or a splash of extra coconut milk only if the blades stall.

Adjust & pour

Taste; add more honey for sweetness or a pinch more PSALM BAKE for colour and warmth. Pour into a chilled bowl, thick enough to mound, not pourable like a drink

Top & serve

Arrange berries, fruit cubes and coconut flakes over the surface. Serve immediately so the spoon-able soft-serve texture holds.
